Good news! Achmea extends its collaboration with MakerStreet. This extension marks a significant milestone and demonstrates confidence in our relationship. Both Achmea and the other brands, Zilveren Kruis, Centraal Beheer, Interpolis, FBTO, and Inshared, can now be served with all agencies from our expertise in innovation, design, communication, and development.
Since the beginning of our collaboration, we, from various domains within MakerStreet, have delivered innovative digital solutions and processes that align with the needs and objectives of customers, users, and employees across different Achmea brands. For instance, the Zorgkantoor, where specialists from innovation agencies MakerLab & Unplugged have been involved. The Zorgkantoor of Zilveren Kruis assists with complex long‑term care requests. Through in‑depth behavioral research and smart design, we have enhanced the application process for the 'personal budget.' The processing time for care requests is now 4 times faster than before, bringing the focus back to people.
Currently, MakerLab & Unplugged experts are supporting Centraal Beheer in innovation efforts. Since 2020, they have collaborated with an in‑house innovation team to facilitate the transition from insurer to service provider. Furthermore, our interim design and development specialists from Saxum previously assisted Zilveren Kruis in implementing their new corporate identity.
